Relax with family and friends at Birch Point Condo & Resort in Hayward. We are located right on Nelson Lake with a shared dock ready for your boat. Our rooms have two beds, private bathroom, a full kitchen, and air conditioning. The shared dock is just a short walk away, perfect for a day out on the lake or swimming on the beach.

If you’re only looking for a place to sleep, this is it. The refrigerator hadn’t been cleaned, one of the sinks was clogged and the floor wasn’t clean. The beds were comfortable. You could hear the neighbors pretty clearly. We would not go back, especially at that price!

Clean, perfect location, able to UTV right from door, good fishing. Only downside is you can hear everything from the rooms around you
