Room was filthy. Freezing cold all night even with windows shut, no radiator in room. Drug bags down the side of the bed. Stains on the duvet. Damp towel left on floor. Uncooked pizza on windowsill from last occupant so room clearly wasn’t cleaned. Entire room smelt of cigarettes. Avoid

Duds a full refit plaster coming off walls wires coming out of walls room was not ready when arrived ask to look at rooms they where in clean then they asked to come back in a hour as they got a family room ready for us so left and when somewhere else!!!! Should not bee open or a be advertised

Dirty room, blood towel, broken accessories, broken walls , disgusting ...still waiting for the refund...and i doubt i will get it
