El Corral del Conde es un edificio histórico del siglo XVI, único en España, ubicado en pleno centro de Sevilla. Se trata de un antiguo patio de vecinos, hoy convertido en apartamentos, catalogado Patrimonio Histórico Cultural. El Corral del Conde conserva intacto el encanto de la época, y mantiene los elementos propios de los corrales de vecinos: un patio central empedrado, galerías de madera, un lavadero, un horno de pan y una capilla.

Lo ideal una vez llegados al alojamiento es desplazarse a pie, porque el centro de Sevilla es una zona con muchas calles peatonales para disfrutar de los monumentos y las zonas comerciales o de restauración y ocio. No obstante, en un radio de 100 metros desde la puerta del edificio hay una parada de bicicletas públicas de alquiler, otra de patinetes, una parada de autobús y una de taxis. Está muy bien comunicado tanto para acceder a la zona centro como para salir hacia otros barrios por la avenida principal de la ciudad, que está al final de la calle.
