Situated at the base of Park City Ski Resort, Marriott's MountainSide offers activities for every season, including hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, and more. With well-designed guest rooms, and one- and two-bedroom villas, you'll feel right at home with fully equipped kitchens and more. The resort offers ski-in/ski-out convenience and access to some of Park City's finest slopes. You can also take in mountain scenery while working out at the fitness center. While in Park City, you'll find restaurants for every taste, outlet and boutique shopping, and many other activities.

Most resorts allow parking for 1 car per unit, and a parking fee may apply. While some locations may not offer on-site parking, nearby off-site facilities may be available for an additional fee. If you're bringing a trailer, boat, motorcycle, or recreational vehicle, please contact the resort in advance to verify whether it's permitted on-site.

Neighboring construction noise will impact resort until JUL 2026. Please anticipate construction noise from the backside of the property during this time. Beginning Aug. 21, 2026 to Jun. 26, 2027, the resort will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. The pool, spa, deck, fire pit, and bbq grill will be closed for refurbishment from Mar. 29, 2027 to Jun. 25, 2027. All other amenities are expected to remain open during this time.
