I was excited to book this space because of the location and listing details. Unfortunately, upon check-in the unit had not been turned over/reset. The beds were undone, sound machine was still going and towels stacked in the bathroom. When I called the office - they were very responsive (I will give them this), however, the cleaning service had left for the day (4 pm). I was asked to relocate to a new space that was 15 min further away than my original location. The company did not offer to comp or discount any of my stay for the inconvenience and added Uber fees based on my new location that was much further from the city center. The new unit was in a cool area but the space was somewhat clean - the room smelled like smoke, the floor was sticky, drips on the counter and hair along the baseboards etc. The location (although further from my original spot) was in a cool area. However, I just felt like I was in someone else's space based on the state of the unit.
