The check in process was terrible, very poor managed (the actual staff at the Showboat however was friend & helpful). The room was not well maintained, chipping paint, ceiling & wall had water damage and was falling apart. The one pot, and one pan were full of scratches and chipping. I will not book with CozySuites

I was they for two days the first day this was a fight in the lobby. Two people got stabbed and then the next day I was looking for a bathroom with a changing table for my child. There is no change table there. Everything is dirty and I had to change my son in the floor, so I would never go back there ever again.

The room was not clean so it them 2 hours to put us in another room. We had no face cloths or blankets and when I called for some he kept saying we had them. I am done with cozy suite
