We prepaid room for two nights. We were unable to make it the first night due to unforseen circumstances (protest on road) when we arrived the following day they told us thta they had already had someone else occupy the room. They didnt offer a refund even though we had already paid for the room they gave to someone else, instead they offered a run-down room that was probaly getting remodeled or closed of due to it being inhabitable. The room had no running hot water, was dirty and the tv was broken. We were forced to stay there due to the fact that it was too late to book another room at a different location. Worst experice ever.

This is a very good, affordable hotel. It is right in the downtown area of Pátzcuaro, close to everything. Its employees are very nice and did everything to make my stay comfortable. The one thing this hotel does lack is a strong Wi-Fi connection, but if that is not important for you, then this is a great option!

I can at high season, the staff asked for more money once we got there and took away the free breakfast that was advertised on this site. Terrible cleaning job, stray hairs in the bathroom anyone? Bed was uncomfortable. There was never hot water. The boiler is under the staff management and they will turn it on and off at will. It irks me to have paid what I did for this terrible hotel.
