We had a very pleasant stay at Volcano House. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere felt welcoming. The reception staff went out of their way to be helpful, and all the staff we encountered were polite and friendly throughout our visit. A lovely experience overall!

The views were amazing. The hotel was like stepping back in time and was very quaint. Two gift shops offered plenty of volcano-themed souvenirs. The restaurant served an amazingly fresh and delicious buffet breakfast, which we enjoyed while watching the volcano. The omelet chef prepared delicious eggs of your choice right before our eyes. The rooms could use a bit of updating, but they were still lovely!
