not family friendly as only kitchen plug on the ground for kettles/ toaster etc also stated in details free access to deep nature spa with over 7 nights stay but we werent able to access this, when i asked reception they said they are a hotel not a pool. dont offer something if you wont allow it to be made available!

We booked the 6 person apartment which was fantastic, excellent location for skiing, clean, lots of utensils and crockery, a little welcome pack with cleaning stuff was great and very helpful. Everything we could need. No cooker but we were able to cook on the hob/microwave. Dishwasher a real plus too. Could not fault it

Easy to get to with a taxi or coach, check in was very slow but the staff were very pleasant. We had an apartment that could sleep 4/5 and we were a party of three and it was a little cramped. Any more would have been very cramped. It was nice and clean though and well kept. Only had a hob no oven which was a bit limited for cooking and the shower/bath was small but again well kept.
